This land is within Trapper's permit boundary but
contains unleased Federal Coal. A stipulation within our Mining and Reclamation
permit requires that an Exploration Notice be obtained prior to drilling activity
3n this area. The holes were planned on Federal Lease C-07519 and State Lease
206/13 adjacent to this land, however both holes are approximately 75 feet onto
the unleased federal coal land (please see drill hole location map). The Bureau
of Land Pianagement has been contacted about this matter and information submitted
to clear up the problem. Both sites have been reclaimed in accordance with our
Mining and Reclamation permit.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call.
Sincer ly,
~~ ~
S.
