-.~~ ~ -. <br />averaged 300 cubic-feet per second during the time that Mountain Coal Company discharged to <br />the river and thus, Mountain Coal Company's flow contribution to the river was less than 0.0007 <br />percent of the total flow in the North Fork. <br />Temperatures were measured on January 29, 1007 beginning at 11:OOa.m., both upstream and <br />downstream of the discharge to the North Fork.
