ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: The design sediment level is 18"below the invert of the
primary spillway. The water level in the sediment pond was about 18"below the invert
of the primary spillway.
REFERENCE DRAWINGS: Sediment Pond - Map 7; SWMP Controls -Map 14;
Dugout Pond - Exh 9, page 11.
SWMP CONTROLS: No significant amount of coal was spilled azound the Loadout. The
hydraulic oil tank at the Loadout was sound. The sediment Fences were in good repair.
The plant roads were adequately watered. The paved haul road did not have excessive
amounts of coal spillage.
