R
I'm sorry this response has been so long in coming. I have been in contact with Jim Dillie
at the CDMG.
I was able to get in touch with the people at Avery Structures. They have initiated a
Substitute Supply Plan using water from the City of Pueblo with intent to go ahead with
an augmentation plan in the future. So I don't see any problem with their operations.
The Pridemore gravel pit is harder to bring to a satisfactory conclusion. The owner of the
property has recently retired out of state and has been incommunicado for the last month.
It is the owner of the property who wants the ponds left on site. Mr. Pridemore has no
more continued need for either the gravel supply or the ponds. I have tried repeatedly to
leave messages with the owner so I can explain the situation with him so Mr. Pridemore
can come to closure with his reclamation plan for CDMG.
However at this point I am unable to do more. Especially since at this point the owner
doesn't have an address for correspondence.
I will let you know of any updates as they happen.
