I do not want to <br />request these through the Freedom of Information Act because I kn ow that it <br />creates an administrative burden for you and takes a very long tirnc to gel a <br />response. If necessary though I will submit a Freedom of Information Act <br />Request. <br />(2) Withdraw the current DEIS and wait until American Soda has prepared and <br />submitted valid baseline data, met all of the drinking water protection <br />requirements and provided contingency plans, monitoring plans, grid other <br />information that should have been there in the Srst place. Publish :a rewritten <br />EIS and reopen the comment period only when all the necessary, reasonably <br />obtainable information about the project is available to be disclosed to the <br />public. <br />(3) If you refuse to release this information, please provide me with the legal <br />basis for your refusal to disclose information about environmental impacts to <br />the public. <br />T look forward to your prompt response. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael C.
