2006 Maintenance List <br />The Third Quarter 2006 Inspection was performed on September 5, 2006. All structures were <br />functioning as designed. Six locations require repair. West Ridge Pond (NPDES 002) has a <br />failure on the east bank of the pond. Culverts EI and E12 and Terrace T10 need repair. These <br />repairs will be made in the 2006 season, along with any other repairs identified during 2006 site <br />inspections. <br />Repair Location Work Description <br />Item No. <br />1 West Rid e Pond Failure at the east bank of and will be repaired. <br />2 E1 Channel west of culvert will be repaired. <br />3 E12 Rock and sediment will be removed from culvert. <br />4 T10 Terrace will be repaired at West Rid e Road. <br /> Erosion will be repaired on North Road south of intersection with <br />5 North Road Lower Moffat Road. <br /> Vegetation will be cleared at north embankment on either side of <br />6 West Ridge Pond outlet. <br />
