Effluent Limitations: The data shown in the preceding tables indicate apparent violations of the permit. <br />a) One TSS exceedence from outfall 003 was the result of surface runoff. Samples before and after this sample <br />were well belos+• the effluent limitations. <br />b} One jailure of the chronic WET test for both the Ceriodaohnia and the Pimeohales species for outfall 004 and <br />one jailure of the chronic WET test jar the Ceriodaphnia sp. only jot oulfal[ 008 occurred. Subsequent testing <br />did not indicate failures. <br />c} One failure of the acute WET test for the Ceriodaohnia sp. Jor outfall 005 occurred. Accelerated testing did not <br />indicate a pattern of toxicity. <br />2. Other Permit Requirements: The perntittee has been in apparent compliance }vith all other terms and conditions of <br />the permit. <br />V/. TERMS AND COND/TIONS OF PERMIT <br />r4. Determination of Effluent Limitations <br />I. Eflluenr Limitations: /n developing suitable effltent limitations, the Division must review al! applicable standards <br />and regulation and apply those which are more stringent. This review includes, but is not limited to: the water <br />quality standard based effluent limitation, federal guidelines and standards (40 CFR Subchapter N) and State <br />Efjluem Regulatioru (70.7.0).
