If the Division finds that such nec+ or <br />altered discharge might be inconsistent ty!th the conditions of the permit, the Division shall require a new or reviled <br />permit application and shall follow the p(ocedures specified in Sections 6.6.0 through 6.7.0, and 6.16.0 of the <br />Regulations for the State Discharge Perrrlit System. <br />~3. Special Notifications -Definitions <br />a. Bypass: The intentional diversion of waste streams from :my pottion of a treatment facility. <br />b. Severe Property Damage: Substanti physical damage to property at the vestment facilities which causes tht:m to <br />become inoperable, or substantial d permanent loss of nanual resources which can reasonably be expected ~o <br />occur in the absence of a bypass. 1 does not mean economic loss caused by delays in production. <br />c. Spill: An incident in which flows o solid materials are aixidentally or unintentionally allowed to flow or escape so <br />as to be lost from the Vestment, prof ssing or manufacturing system which may cause or threaten pollution cf state <br />waters. <br />
