When this occurs, the permittee shall so indicate in cover letters to the <br />appropriate Discharge Monitoring Reports. <br /> <br />** WET Testing is waived for the first calendar quavers and may be waived for the fourth quaners if inaccessibility is <br />demonstrated. See Winter Monitoring Exemption above. <br />d. Oil and Grease Monitoring <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an ail sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collected, analyzed, and repoved on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediazely to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />e. Salinih~ Parameters <br />In order to obtain an indication of the quantity of Salinity being discharged from the site, the petmittee shall monitor <br />the wastewater effluent at the following frequencies: <br />Outfalls Frepuencv <br />002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010 and 011 Quanerly <br />Sample 'Ibpe <br />Grab <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permit[ee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified in Pan 1.B.1. shall <br />be performed at the following locations: outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008. 009, 010 and 011 - a[ the outfall of the <br />sedimentation ponds prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this <br />permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the <br />Discharge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by the Division.
