Weekly Monthly Monthly Monthly Weekly Weekly Lrstanraneous or Continuotu Grab Grab Grab Visual In-sim Winter Monitoring Exemption: For the noted outfalls, during the period from November through February each year, flow, ail and grease and pH monitoring may be performed on a monthly frequency, if adverse weather conditions prohibit safe access to the discharge points. When this occurs, the permittee shall so indicate in cover letters to the appropriate Discharge Monitoring Reports. ** WET Testing is waived for the first calendar quavers and may be waived for the fourth quaners if inaccessibility is demonstrated. See Winter Monitoring Exemption above. d. Oil and Grease Monitoring For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an ail sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be collected, analyzed, and repoved on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediazely to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the DMR. e. Salinih~ Parameters In order to obtain an indication of the quantity of Salinity being discharged from the site, the petmittee shall monitor the wastewater effluent at the following frequencies: Outfalls Frepuencv 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010 and 011 Quanerly Sample 'Ibpe Grab Self-monitoring sampling by the permit[ee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified in Pan 1.B.1. shall be performed at the following locations: outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008. 009, 010 and 011 - a[ the outfall of the sedimentation ponds prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by the Division.
