Tnzirity Rend Srrr <br />This permit may be reopened and modified (following proper administrative procodtttes) to include new compliance dates, <br />additional or modified rtttmerical permit limitations, a trees or differem compliance schedule, a change in the whole <br />efftuem toxicity testing protocol, or any other conditions related to the control of mxirznts if one or more of the following <br />events occur: <br />i. Toxicity has been demonstrated in the effluent and the permit does not contain a toxicity limitation. <br />ii. The PTl(I'IE results indicau that the toxicant (s) represem pollutam(s) that may be controlled with specific numerical <br />limits, and tite Division agrees that the numerical controls aze the most appropriate course of action. <br />iii. Test results shall be repotted on the Discharge Monitoring <br />Repon (DMR) submitted for the reporting period during which tite sample was taken. Faihve of Tect and Divicinn Notification <br />Beginning on the effective date of the limitation, a chronic WEI' us[ is failed whenever there is a statistically significant <br />difference in lethality between the control and any effluem concentration less than or equal to the instream waste <br />concentration ("IVVC"). The seasonal RVCs for ourfalls 001 and Q78 are shown in Fan I.A.I.f.
