Your letters previously
submitted are being considered as letters of objection. We will also accept any additional letters
you may wish to submit as a result of Mr. Harden's re-publication.
Mr. Harden has requested an extension of the due date for his application to May 24, 2004. It is
likely that the Division will make a decision on his application on that date. Under the
provisions of Rule 1.7.1(2)(b) & Rule 1.4.11 you may request a hearing to appeal the Division's
decision in the event that you are opposed to our decision. I have attached copies of both rules
for your review.
Please call me at (303) 866-3567 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
ad~~-G"~
Thomas A.
