Box 7808 <br />Boise, Idaho 83729 <br />Re: Hayden-Gulch Mine Bond (Our File C-003-80) <br />Dear Mr. Schoenfelder: <br />This letter will serve to confirm that the Division and H-G Coal Company have <br />reached agreement on the amount of the reclamation bond; reevaluated per <br />stipulation PR2 to the Hayden Gulch permit (C-003-80). The bond has been <br />calculated to be $2,221,000.00.
