As for water <br />developed from mining operations, Grantee shall provide the <br />above described water to Grantor at the entrance of all mines <br />operated by Grantee within a six-mile radius of the above <br />described property. Grantee agrees to aid Grantor in obtaining <br />necessary rights-of-way to move the water from mine sites to <br />Grantor's water system. Rights-of-way across land of Grantee's <br />shall be provided without cost to Grantor. All expenses incurred <br />for the actual rights-of-way, pipes, etc., shall be the sole <br />responsibility of Grantor. As to water transported by pipeline <br />from the Colorado River or other source south of the above described <br /> property, Grantor shall have the right to tap such pipeline for <br />• <br /> stock watering purposes across the desert south of the above <br />described property and Grantor shall have the right to tap such <br />pipeline at approximately the location of the above described <br />property to place such water in Grantor's water system. <br />3. Grantee agrees to allow Grantor to tap into and <br />use any sewer systems developed by Grantee <br />of the above described property. The cost <br />of such system to accommodate Grantor's us <br />expense.
