CO-0034142, on
November 1, 2006 and January 4, 2007.
Only two outfalls, 003A and 022A, discharged during third quarter 2006. During the Division's review of
the DMRs received by DRMS on November 1, 2006, it was apparent that the report for outfall 003A had
not been included in the packet. BTU Empire Corporation provided a copy of the DMR for outfall 003A
for third quarter 2006 in the January 4, 2007 submittal. No exceedences were reported for the 003A
outfall. The report for outfal10003A was in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
Sincerely,
anet
Environmental Protecf n Specialist
C:/jhb/C81044/DMR's/2006/3rd Q resubmittal.doc
CC: Dan Hernandez, DMG
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines
