My specific comments stave to do with waterresoutces,dtainage, water pol[ution/erasion and
at~~ss. One of ttte main problems of [his site as T see i[ is ilnrt [he s~ is too cramped for ptaper
sediment trap ponds, cisterns, and appropriate drai»trge design. In addition to that fact, the engineering
apprrxtch pats more attention to the rocl product, aad less to effective design to minirnize envittxrmental
impar:[s. In many' plarxs [fie satle is not dear so that derails are not percxived by the reader. Justifications
forthe potential effectiveness of the environmental ptotectiotrs ate not provided
