Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has completed a preliminary reclamation cost estimation for the Martinez operation <br />totaling $19,879. The reclamation cost estimation is based upon conditions of the proposed <br />mining and reclamation plan and requirements of the Construction Materials Act and Rules. <br />Enclosed please find 21 pages of summary, work sheets and data sheets utilized by the Division <br />to calculate the cost of reclamation. <br />Please review the enclosed reclamation cost estimation. Reclamation tasks 001, 002 and 005 <br />results from the observational quarry planning method chosen by the Applicant to address the <br />requirements of Rule 6.5.
