Cyprus Empire Corporation
Dear Ms. Binns;
As discussed earlier today, the referenced pond has shown a small leak in the
embankment subsequent to the recent repair of the pump and attendant re-filling of the
pond. Inspection of the leak indicates a small animal burrow to be the likely source of
the leak, which is flowing at approximately 2 gpm. There is no indication of a severe
problem in terms of stability or safety, and we will be working to repair the pond within
the next few days.
Should you have any questions or comments, please contact men at your convenience.
Sincerely,

Marcus A.
