The other Outfalls discharged each week of the period. No <br />exceedances were noted. <br />In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover <br />the outfalls, which did not discharge. These outfalls include ponds T (Outfall 002), C (Outtall 004A), F (Ouffall 007A), and G <br />(Outfall OOSA). Note that ponds A (Outfall 001 A), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and <br />have been removed from the newly amended permit, effective January 1, 2003. Also note that Outfall 020A has not been <br />constructed yet. <br />1 certify under penalty of law that I have porsonally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible (or obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting /else information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
