<br />Reclamation shall begin at the end of mining activities. Slopes will <br />be graded to no steeper than 3:1 (18 degrees) per the agreanent with <br />the landowner. Routt County shall attempt to spread 4-6 inches of <br />overburden and topsoil over the entire area. It Ts estimated that <br />there are approximately 8.800 cubic yards of overburden and topsoil <br />on the remaining undisturbed area, enough for the six Inches if <br />calculations are correct. The owner desires to reseed the area with <br />equal parts of bromegrass and al ph alpha at approximately four pounds <br />per acre each. All disturbed area shall be regraded and revegetated <br />per the newest lease with the owner. The area shall be kept free of <br />weeds at al l times during the 1 ife of the mine and shall again be <br />treated at the time of revegetatlon. <br />Regrading shall be accomplished with the use of the same equipment <br />for mining: scrapers. dozers, loaders. motor graders. <br />Per the lease with the land owner, Routt County will provide the <br />materials (1e: seed, f9rti11zer, etc.) to the Owner for the owner's <br />appl7cation to the topsoil. He is a farmer and would be considered <br />as a subcontractor to us in similar situations on other properties. <br />
