Rated 1.0 cfs. <br />W-7555, Doeringsfeld, et al Well No. 1, located in the <br />NWgNW4 of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 65 West, at a <br />point 690 feet South and 420 feet East of the NW corner of <br />said Section 10. Rated 1.1 cfs. <br />T.ie total rating of the four wells is 5.2 cfs. The <br />efficiency for irrigation from these wells according to the <br />Soil Conservation Service Report of June 1976, Crop Consumptive <br />Irri ation Re uir~ements and Irri ation Efficienc Coefficients <br />For-gTFie Unite Sues averages 50~. ~ Bas five month <br />use at a one half capacity the amount of water available <br />from these wells each year would be: <br />x .5 (efficiency) x .5 (use) x 24 hours x 3600 seconds x 5.2 cfs. <br />43,560.00 cubic feet <br />or <br />386.7 acre feet <br />2. The five (5) shares of The Greeley Irrigation <br />Water, Canal No. 3, is practically one hundred percent <br />(1008) efficient as it is delivered to the area in a closed <br />system. According to Water Court Case W-8283-76, one share <br />of The Greeley Irrigation Water, Canal No. 3 is rated .116 <br />cfs. 3ased on a four month delivery the amount available <br />each year from the five (5) shares would be: <br />5 shares x 120 days x 24 hours x 3600 seconds x .116 cfs <br />43,560 cubic feet <br />or <br />138.0 acre feet <br />It should be noted by those who examine the above <br />information, that this proposed mining project will not <br />dewater the area as in contrast to dewatering sand and <br />gravel operations now existing west of Greeley, Colorado. <br />In this proposed mining project ground water levels will be <br />maintained by keeping the water level of created lakes to <br />the water level of existing ponds and above the water level <br />of the Caclie La Poudre.River.
