During this period only Ponds B (Outfall 003A), D (Outiatl 005A), and E (Outfall 006A) discharged to Foidel Creek. <br />Outfalls 003A and 005A discharged each week of the period. Outfall 006A did not discharge the first week of the period. No <br />permit exceedances were noted. <br />Note that Ponds T (Outfall 002A), C (Outfall 004A), and G (Outfall 008A) did not flow during [his quarter, therefore no samples <br />were collected from these sites for quartedy conductivity testing. Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing was <br />conducted for Outfall OOSW in October 2004. The effluent was not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival. Note that Pond F <br />(Outfall 007W) did not flow during this quarter, therefore no sample could be collected for quarterly W ET testing. <br />Outfalls 002A, 004A, 007A, and 008A did not discharge in December; and therefore had no chemical tests during the period. <br />Outfall 020A/020W has not yet been constructed, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A (Outfall <br />001A/001W), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the newly <br />amended permit, effective January 1, 2003. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be <br />substituted for the actual DMR Corms to cover the oulfalls, which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am /amiliar with the in/ormafion submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible !or obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties forsubmitting false information, including the <br />possibility o/fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319. (Penalties under these statutes may <br />include tines up to $10,000 and/ r maximum imprisonment of between 6 months and 5 years.) <br />Brian A.
