• 6. Comprehensive Inspection
One of the individuals identified in Sa above will inspect
the stormwater management controls at least twice each year
in the spring and fall. The inspection will note if any
sediment structures or features require maintenance. The
inspection will also note the condition of any outslopes and
if rill repair or any supplemental seeding is required.
7. Record Reepinu and Internal reporting procedures
A written form will be kept at the mine site to document the
comprehensive inspections. The report will be reviewed with
the Mine Manager, if maintenance is required, to assure the
maintenance is scheduled and preformed.
8. Consistency with Other Plans
A copy of the SPCC plan is include with this SWMP. A copy of
both the SWMP and the SPCC plan will be available at the
mine office.
9. Allowable Non-Stormwater Discharges
There are no sources of irrigation return flow, natural
• uncontaminated spring water, mine drainage, or process water
that are combined with stormwater discharges.
