Gates <br />RENEWAL: for groundwater cleanup from gasoline contamination <br />DISCHARGE: to waters of the State of Colorado <br />Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have been <br />made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA that limitations and conditions imposed <br />in these permits implement all applicable statutes and regulations and water <br />quality standards. <br />Public Meetings: Permit Action: Pursuant to 25-e-502(3)(b), by Seotember 4. <br />2000, interested persons may submit a written request for a public meeting on <br />the tentative determination. The Division, after considering all requests, may <br />grant a public meeting for good cause shown. It will be held within sixty (60) <br />days of the date of public notice. <br />Public Comments: Permit Actions: Pursuant to 25-8-502 (3)(c) interested persons <br />may submit written comments on the tentative determination provided they are <br />received by the Division by September 4, 2000. All comments received prior to <br />said date will be considered in the formulation of final conditions and <br />limitations. If a public meeting is held, the public comment period shall close <br />sixty (60) days following the public notice. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is held, the <br />Department will issue or deny the final permit.
