Wal<her <br />Executive Director <br />Michael B, Long <br />Division Director <br />On June 4, 2002 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on May 13, 2002, addressing the following: <br />Increase affected acreage by 24.75. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 5 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1998-038. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1998-038 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $104,525.00 for the Two Rivers, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$278,743.00; exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not a}ready done so, please submit additional bond <br />in the amount of $104,525.00 for a total warranty of $371,968.00.
