i , • • <br />5. EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br />In conformance with Rule 6.3.4(1)(6), please provide a diagram orcross-section of the <br />approximate pit configuration upon final reclamation. Attached is an example provided from a <br />recently permitted, similar quarry operation. <br />6. EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Cost <br />In conformance with Rule 6.3.4(1)(f), the Division has evaluated the reclamation cost you <br />provided. The Division will require a reclamation cost of $800 if the applicant is willing to <br />commit to a total disturbance at any time of no more than one (1) acre which includes a <br />maximum pit disturbance of 0.5 acres. If a larger disturbance is needed under the terms of this <br />permit application, the Division will adjust the reclamation cost accordingly. Please respond. <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before August 2, 1999. Rule 1.8.1 states <br />that changes and additions to the permit appication must be filed with the Division and the <br />Coun[y Clerk and Recorder.
