Discharge was reported from outfalls at pond 7 and pond 8 in the 3`~ quarter
due to a storrn event. A violation of the alternate limitation for sediment (settleable
solids) was reported for the pond 7 outfall: For our records, please provide the DMG
with a copy of the response to the Water Quality Control Division correspondence of
January 9, 2004 concerning this exceedarice regarding measures to prevent a future
occurrence.
