On-site <br />laboratory notified that TSS analyses would <br />be required as soon u possible. <br />CDPOI-I&E WQCD notification was <br />completed. <br />Contractor selected to determine if the 10- <br />year 24-hour event had infect, occurred. <br />Laboratory notified to conduct moisture per <br />inch of snow analysis. <br />Discharge began and discharge simples <br />taken. <br />13:30 Snow measurements taken for average snow <br />depth remaining. <br />15:20 Colorado Division of Minerals end Geology <br />notified of discharge. <br />16:11 Preliminary report of Total Suspended Solids <br />faxed from laboratory to MCC. <br />07:00 Discharge continuing at MB-2R end 1VID-3. <br />07:15 - 08:00 Sampling of discharge points end river <br />are wmpleted. <br />08:15 - 13:00 Chemical additives (flocculent), 4B gallons <br />added to Iv18-2R to settle solids. <br />Laboratory analyses and burden of proof documentation will be submitted as soon at it bewmes <br />available to us. <br />
