FOOTNOTES <br />1/ - When the most sensitive analytical method which complies with Part <br />I.F.2. of the permit has a detection limit greater than or equal to <br />the permit limit, the permittee shall report "less than the <br />detectable limit", as appropriate. Such reports shall not be <br />considered as violations of the permit limit. <br />The present lowest method detection limit for specific parameters <br />(which have limitations which are, in some cases, less than or equal <br />to the detection limit) are as follows: <br />Total Residual Chlorine 0.05 mg/1 <br />Total Recoverable Cadmium 0.0003 mg/1 <br />Total Recoverable Copper 0.005 mg/1 <br />Total Recoverable Lead 0.005 mg/1 <br />Total Mercury 0.00025 mg/1 <br />Total Recoverable Nickel 0.05 mg/1 <br />Total Recoverable Silver 0.0002 mg/1 <br />Total Recoverable Zinc 0.05 mg/1 <br />m/ - Fecal coliform bacteria average concentrations shall be determined <br />the geometric mean of all samples collected during a thirty (30) <br />• consecutive day period.
