You will now be responsible for submitting your applications <br /> in accordance with the dates in the Cease & Desist Order and Consent Agreement. If an,; <br /> charges are made in deadlines , we will send you another mailing. <br /> Yra should alsc he aware of the fact that bond or other form of acceptable surety for <br /> ali operations must be submitted no later than Oct. 31, 1977 , at the rate of $500/acre <br /> for Regular (112) operations and $2500 (total) for each Limited Impact operation. The <br /> total amount of your bond will be $6,000.00 , subject to further revision. <br /> An .irrevccable letter of credit , which may or may not he accepted by the Board, can be <br /> subitted in lieu of bond.
