The current lease
on the Cross Mine expires in August, 1989. The disturbed ~srea
at the mine site has been limited to slightly less than only (1)
acre; this entire area is intimately connected with actual working
of the mine. Therefore, it is not anticipated that levelling and
reseeding at the mine site will begin until the cessation of the
lease. Basically, this will be coincident with the time iii which
heavy equipment usage ceases at the site.
I also enclose for your inspection two copies of the official
proof of publication of our application, and photocopies oi` the
return receipts from adjacent and surrounding landowners, ~.s well
as the owners of the land being mined. If you have any further
questions, please call me at any time.
Very truly yours,
VRANESH AND RAISGH, P.C.
John R. Henderson
JRH:clm
Enclosures
