Long <br />Division Director <br />As we discussed by phone, July 25, 1997, I am transmitting with this letter a copy of Agile Stone <br />System, Inc.'s application for a Reclamation Permit. The comment period on this application closes <br />August 21, 1997. <br />Please shaze this copy with the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area. We have received from that <br />organization a copy of their comments to Fremont County's planning and zoning department. <br />However, if they wish their comments or an objection to approval of the application to be <br />considered by the Division of Minerals and Geology and the state Mined Land Reclamation Boazd <br />they must address a letter to the Division referencing the Reclamation Permit application and stating <br />whether they aze providing comments for or objection to the application.
