Banta. <br />Dmvon Diretlor <br />Please be informed that Fremont County has filed with our office an. <br />application to conduct surface mining and reclamation at or near Section 21, <br />Township 51 N, Range 12E. New Mexico Prime Meridian. The applicant proposes to <br />reclaim the site for wildlife habitat use. <br />The applicant is required to place a copy of the application for public <br />inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br />situated. This is intended to provide local governments and the public the <br />opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Please note that it is <br />not intended to be made a part of the public record by recording. <br />Please have written comments to the Division within 15 days of the date of <br />this letter. If you wish to confer further on the proposed application, <br />please contact the Mined Land Reclamation Division. The Division is <br />tentatively scheduled to consider this application on December 3, 1990. <br />9013G <br />
