This pond was reported as having discharged, All parameters were <br />reported as within allowable primary limits. Discharges from the Streeter Pond were observed at <br />the time of the 20 January and 18 February CDMG inspections. <br />Outfa11002A (Facilities Area Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. <br />Outfall 003A (Loadout Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. <br />Outfall 004A (Gulch A Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. <br />Outfall OOSA (Stoker Coal Pond). This pond was reported as having dischazged. All parameters <br />were reported as within allowable primary limits. <br />Outfall 006A (Rail Loop Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. <br />Outfa11007A (Prospect Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. <br />Outfall 008A (West Pit Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. <br />Outfall 009A (Section ib Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. <br />Outfall O10 A (Taylor Creek Pond). This pond was reported as having dischazged. Total suspended <br />solids were reported as 40 mg/1 maximum, under the allowable primary limit of 70. Average was <br />reported as 40 mg/I, over the 30 allowable primary limit. By the referenced letter, Colii~wo <br />requested that the Alternate Limits apply. Kimberley Wolf explained (during a coal partial <br />inspection ofColowryo) to Byron Walker the derivation ofthe average value. Byron Walker brought <br />to Kimberley Wolf s attention that the Total Iron value of 8.35 mg/I s 7.0 maximum primary limit. <br />By telephone call of 5/5/99, Kimberley Wolf added Total Iron to the request for application of <br />Alternate Limits. <br />The CDMG inspections for 20 January and 18 February reported no discharge from the outfalls other <br />than Streeter Pond. <br />
