Had I been in communications with Michael Eytel- Water Commissioner <br />I told him that I had been in touch with him and that he had examined the <br />site and everything was ok and he did not need to make a follow up <br />inspection. <br />2. Comments: I will conform to the water permit application and live by <br />the comments of this letter. <br />3.
