Segment !0 bas been <br />designated Use Protected and classified jot rhefallowing uses: Recreation, Class /a; Aquaric Life, Class 1 (Warn); Agriculture; Water <br />Supply. <br />Antldegradation review does not apply to this permit because the receiving water is designated as Use .Protected. <br />Salinity (7'DS) monitoring of the discharge will xat be required <br />Phosphorus monitoring of the discharge will not be required. <br />This facility is a dry mining operation and will only have discharges associated with mine dewatertng. There are no process generated <br />wastewaters. <br />At the time of application, the permittee certified that they had developed and implemented a Starmwater Management Plan (SWMP) for <br />this facility. As a condition of this permit, a copy ojthe SWMP must be provided to the Division upon request. <br />The perminee is encouraged to read the general rationale for an understanding of how this permit was developed and read the permit to <br />see what requirements eclat. In the pesmit, effluent limitations and manitoring/reporting requirements are specified in Parts I.B. and <br />I C; special notification requirements for effluent violations are addressed in Part IIA. <br />All correspondence relative to this facility should reference the specific facility number, COG•500452. <br />John K.
