Also the Soil Conservation report and the site de- <br />scription. There is also detailed information under EXHIBIT D - <br />Mining Plan on the site description in the original application. <br />I have written to the Colorado Department of Health Air Pollution <br />Control Division to see what, if any, permits I am required to <br />have through their Division. I do not own any crushing or screen- <br />ing equipment and therefore feel that permit should be provided <br />by the contractors who should wish to purchase and process <br />material from this site. I have included a copy of that letter <br />and I will apply for any permits that may be required by the <br />Air Pollution Control Division and send you copies of that <br />application or their response as soon as possible.
