A parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner
of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section II, Township
13 South, Range 95 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, thence North along
the East .line of said subdivision 108 feet; thence West 400 feet; thence
South 108 feet; thence East along the South line of said subdivision 400
