Pursuant to the quarterly reporting requirements contained in
Colorado Discharge Permit CO-0000221 for the Seneca Mine Complex,
enclosed find the first quarter 1999 discharge monitoring reports
for Sites 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, and 011.
Please note that the WET test DMR's for Sites 002, 003, 004, 006
and 008 have remarks on them pertaining to incorrect sampling
frequencies. The correct frequencies are found in Part I, Page 14
of our permit.
