All final graded slopes will be no greater than 2:1 (h:v) (Rule <br />6.1), with the exception that elopes of the Ansley Flat Pit, <br />as stated in your plan, will be no steeper than 3:1. <br />3. The nppropriate diversion and sediment catching structures, as <br />recommended by the Soil Conservation Service for the Roberta <br />Tunnel, A. L. Hill and Valley of the Sun Pits will be constructed <br />before summer 1981. <br />4. If plans for a recreational area (ball park) for the Woodside Pit <br />are changed, the Bite will be reclaimed by grading, and revegetation <br />(ea per Soil Conaertratl.on Service recommendations), unless an <br />alternate reclamation or land use plan is developed, at which <br />time we are to be informed. Reclamation of this site is to be <br />carried to completion within 5 years (Rule 6) from the date of <br />this letter. <br />5. The Valley of the Sun Pit may require an Army Gores of engineers <br />404 permit.
