CO-00045161 <br />FIRST QUARTER 2002 DMR <br />Dear Ms. Lenkey, <br />Colowyo is submitting the first quarter discharge monitoring report to the Water Quality Control Division. <br />Dischazges occurred at outfalls OOlA and 004A. <br />Colowyo requests the Alternate Limitation of Part 1, A.l.a, apply for a dischazge caused by precipitation <br />(or snowmelt) within any 24-hour period less than or equal to the 10-yeaz, 24-hour precipitation event for <br />outfall 004A. Qualifying for the alternate limits would waive TSS and Total Iron. Increased temperatures <br />resulted in a runoff from snowmelt.
