Cattany <br /> Division DIreCYOr <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, Fourth Quarter 2003 Sediment Pond Inspection Reports Natural Resource Tmstee <br />Dear Mr. Mattern: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Int.'s Fourth Quarter 2003 Sediment Pond Inspection <br />reports. TMI's fourth quarter 2003 sediment pond reports were received by the Division on January 5, <br />2004. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond <br />inspections were conducted by TMI on October 21, 2003 and December 30, 2003 <br />All ponds were either dry or snow covered during the fourth quarter inspection. Only two ponds were <br />reported dischazging at the NPDES point time they were inspected. These ponds include No Name No. <br />5 and Middle Flume No. 3.
