SAN LUIS PROJECT. FILE N0. M-88-112
Dear Steve,
`- ~~^d
Enclosed please find four revised copies of the San Luis Project 112 permit
application. The revised copies incorporate all the application changes as a
result of the Division's adequacy review. The permit application documents were
first revised as part of the February 15, 1989 adequacy response>. Subsequent
discussions resulted in further changes to the application documents.
Enclosed with this letter is a list of those sections of the permit
application which were revised as a result of the changes made after February
15,1989. To facilitate understanding of the changes made throughout the review
process we have included an Appendix Q which outlines each adequacy question and
response and then lists where a change was made and the date of the change. Also
enclosed as one of the four copies presented is a copy which ha:> the changes
highlighted to allow for an easy review of these changes by the Division.
In addition to incorporating the changes which occured as a result of the
adequacy review, we have incorporated a commitment to comply with stipulations
1, 3, and 4 into the appropriate sections of the permit application. Stipulation
2 will require a technical revision.
If you have any questions please contact us.
ACB/rj
Enclosure
cc: W. Wise
G. Dodson
D. Massey
J.
