Map 1, Surface Ownership and Map 2, Coal Ownership show all legal and equitable owners of record of <br />the coal mined and all affected surface above the underground mining activities. <br />The State of Colorado has purchased the lands south of Highway 12 that include the permit and disturbance <br />areas. Access to these areas for the purpose of completing the final reclamation of the mined lands has <br />been st:cured by BRI though an exclusive use leaseback agreement.
