During this period, Ponds D (Outfall 005A), E (Ouffall 006A), F (Ouffall 007A), and G (Ouffall 008A) discharged to
Foidel Creek. No permit excursions were noted for this period. Ouffall 004A discharged only during the last week of the
period. Outfalls 005A, OO6A, and 007A flowed each week of the period. Outfall OOSA discharged during the last fwo weeks of
the period. No permit exceedances were noted.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted for Ouffalls OOSW and 007W in March 2005. Both tests
indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory reports).
Outfalls 002A (Pond T), 003A (Pond B), and 004A (Pond C), did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during the
period. Outfall 020A/020W has not yet been constructed, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A
(Outfall 001A/001W), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the
newly amended permit, effective January 1, 2003.
