These materials complete the submission of all preliminary <br />items required by the Colorado dined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 34, <br />Section 34-32- 1}2 and~your application is now considered filed pursuant to PULE 1.1 <br />(10) of the Rules b Regulations. The staff is currently reviewing your application <br />to determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate, prior to consideration <br />by the PJined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Your application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Board on 1/96- 7/733 <br />You should commence publication of a notice of filing of this application accordingly. <br />See reverse side Eor notice format. Notice requirements can be found in RULE <br />Because the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include <br />it in your notice. For limited impact permit applications, the final date for filing <br />of objections, which must be stated in the publication, will be 48 hours before this <br />tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the Elbert _County Clerk and Recorder.
