~ CDPHE-WOCD Fax~3037820390 Rpr 5 2001 1205 P. 03 <br />Petmit No. CO-0032638 <br />County: Rautt <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCIARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 <br />as amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") <br />the <br />THE PITTSBURG & MIDWAY COAL MII~tING COMPANY <br />is authorized to discharge from the Edna Mine located in Sections 7, 18, and 19, T4N, R85W and Sections <br />12, 13, 14, 23, and 25 in T4N, R86W; to Oak Creek, Trout Creek, and Koll Ditch A'3 in accordance with <br />effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and II hereof. All <br />dischazges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty days of the issuance of the final permit <br />determination, per the Colorado Dischazge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1).
