I am sending proof <br />of publication for both Sulphur Mountain and Woodside Park. <br />All adjacent land owners have been notified by certified mail. <br />I have enclosed a copy of a letter from Paul Imboden, County Comm- <br />issioner, stating that the County will reclaim the pits according <br />to State rules and regulations. <br />I have included 2 letters from Jim Jones, District Wildlife Manager, <br />stating pertinent answers that you may have regarding our pits. <br />I have included the report from the S.C.S, in regards to our pits. <br />The pits which need a Fugitive Dust Permit are being applied for. <br />In regards to Woodside, this pit is being closed out. We are no <br />longer taking any material from this pit and are starting to reclaim <br />this to it's original state. <br />I hope that this along with the remainder of the information on the <br />applications is sufficient information.
