Kuyper, President of PK Enterprises Inc., authorizing <br />me to take any action and sign any documents regarding the Mule Creek Mine permit. I have also <br />enclosed proof of mailing in the form of a letter signed by the President of the Teller Park Soils <br />Conservation District, Mr. William G. Gordon. In reference to Exhibit "S", permanent man <br />made structures, we have provided an agreement between Colorado Natural Gas and PK <br />Enterprises Inc., which states that PK Enterprises will be responsible for any damages resulting <br />from mining activities at this site. You will also find a letter from Colorado Natural Gas that <br />states that they have no objections to reopening the site known as Mule Creek Gravel Pit. <br />I hope this is the information you were requiring.
