[apologize for any inconvenience you <br />have experienced, but certain Colorado laws mandate that approvals be in place prior to out-of- <br />priority depletiotls due to gravel operationu- <br />According to our files, it appears there aze a minimal number of items that need further <br />addressing. I have had my staff discuss these outstanding issues with our consultant, Rocky <br />Mountain Consultants, to determine the most expeditious way to resolve these issues. Without <br />getting into the nuts and bolts of these issues, I have recommended that Bob Plaska in the Aiamosa <br />office, Judy Sappington in the Denver office, and Mark McLean of Rocky Mountain Consultants <br />closely coordinate with each other to help you resolve the outstanding concerns. In this manner, <br />you will be assured of complete cooperation from this office. <br />! hope this scenario is favorable to you.
