Your application has been scheduled for <br />consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on May 27-28, 1987. Before <br />your application can be considered by the Board, you must complete the following <br />notice requirements: <br />° publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof of <br />the notice to us; <br />° mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of <br />affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of the <br />mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to us; and, <br />° place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or <br />additions you make to the applications on file in our office must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the <br />requirements of Act and Regulations.
